By Don Harris
Ticket 760 Sports
A stroke nearly killed him, but now Tim Derk, the Spurs Coyote, is on the road to recovery. This is his amazing story of patience, dedication and desire.
Thousands will participate in Saturday’s “Run 4 Life” at Brackenridge Park by the zoo on what’s forecast to be a beautiful Saturday morning. Some will take running the three miles for granted, while for others - like me - it can be painful.
But for Tim Derk - it's a miracle.
