Parade for out of towners... NBA TV or What?

Does anyone know if they are playing the parade on NBA TV or on ESPN for us out-of-towners...

If you have that Direct tv sports package with all the different news channels it says that it will be on the southwest station at 9:00et. I live in Virginia Beach and it's already listed so I set tivo to record it. I hope they don't black it out for some odd reason but it is scheduled to show for two hours. :elephant
