the whole damn government is grossly inefficient and requires twice the amount of money to accomplish a task that the private sector needs to complete the same job. whenever it isn't your money, but rather the taxpayer's, then what's your incentive to be efficient?

The thing that was interesting to me was that Corporate income tax receipts were up 31%.

Consistent with the improved earnings picture among U.S. companies this summer.
