Jesse is a set of near truths coated in conspiracy theories and self promotion. His "bad ass" rep comes from fake wrestling and movies.

What he says is something everyone knows, but it's like me saying it's hot outside in the summer. No one is ever going to do anything about it and yeah Jesse acts like he tries but he lives in Mexico and has disowned the US after he was a Governor. Being a sniper on a SEAL team means you made a SEAL team. He wasn't just a shooter, that would be almost useless to a team for 90% of the mission.

Most of his shots were much closer than a thousand meters. After the shot it was on, so he was in defense mode with his team.

SEAL teams are no joke. Jesse was never on a SEAL team and never saw combat as a UDT.
