I was surprised to find out that the Pistons and Spurs were 19th and 23rd respectively this year in team salaries and there was only 1 player on either team that was in the top 30 in salary (Tim 20th at $14.2). Just goes to show you that classy ownership, team presidents, general managers, coaches and team players can overcome deep pockets.

Topping the list were the Knicks and Dallas at $103 mil and $91 mil.
The Pistons came in at $52 mil and the Spurs at $45 mil.

Tony's big salary does not kick in until next year. Spurs will be over the cap when that happens (unless they trade Rasho)

Mutombo must be the most overpaid player in all of sports history. Isaih should be fired. 102 million dollar payroll and his team doesn't do shit. He is pathetic.
