Ok guys, make your guesses... If it were up to me, the answer would be "A few months ago."

Gone soon after seasons end. If not, he'll probably stay for next season I reckon

They'll keep him for next season's spring training at the least, and see how it goes.
I lost all taste for the Red Sox. Do not care.

I hope he stays in Boston forever. First, it's a good sideshow. Second, he is the shittiest analyst on TV when not managing. Third, he's a shitty manager that has undercut the Sox allowing Baltimore and Tampa more staying power.

Shit. My guess is today, more specifically, the time my post was made above.

Depends on how deep their farm is, seems to me they traded away all their assets already so Bobby V is going to have to make it work with a scrappy team.

His ass should've been gone a long time ago. He can never keep his damn mouth shut...

This was as predictable as the sun rising--I think the Red Sox go with someone new a la Matt Matheny to go along with the mass change of personnel in the clubhouse. What a terrible couple seasons its been for the Red Sox to say the least. So long Valentine...maybe now you can throw the Starbucks barista serving you coffee at 10am in the morning under the bus...

The Sox are targeting their former pitching coach and now Blue Jays manager John Farrell.....

At least management has some brains left. Fuck you Valentine, and fuck you everyone who backed him as being the type of "hard, no-nonsense" coach we needed.

Thought you'd be happy. Where do Sox go from here?

I can't imagine them going much lower, to be honest :lol
They got rid of most of the cancer... I'd be fine with Lackey leaving as well. They need to resign Ortiz to a multi-year contract. I'm not sure what owner they'll go with, but I can't imagine hating him more than Chuckles McFuckstick Gosh Golly Oh Gee We Lost and Life is Miserable Valentine.
