I think TCU will be a W.
I'd say though that Tech should have a small shot at beating a tired WVU that will now have to make the long trip to Lubbock from Austin.

TT at home again vs WV on the road again, advantage TT. TT has the number one ranked passing defense in the country, the number two overall defense. Kenny Williams is a stud back and TT has a slew of receivers, they are one of the top passing teams, QB Doege among the passing leaders.

They have 3 wins against joke teams, 1 win over a decent team, and completely shit the bed vs the only legit team they've played so far. What makes you think that will cut it against WVU?

Outside of the 3 cupcake games, we put up 24 against Iowa St, and 13 against OU

well now we see west virginia sucks, tcu is just okay and tech's win over these two maybe top 35 teams was not an indicator of tech's program at all. see k-state and oklahoma for a better evaluation of red raiders worth. they will probably beat texas however.

you're right. i gave way too much credit to west virginia and tcu. then i gave way too much credit to tech. but hindsight proves invaluable once again. tech is slightly above average in a slightly above average conference.

by the end of the year (before the bowl games), both texas and oklahoma state will be out of the top 25. tech could very well lose to okie state. too bad a computer doesn't have an algorithm that takes into account how overrated texas is.

at the top, the difference is close except there is no one in the big XII that matches bama. k-state and OU equal florida, georgia, south carolina and lsu. maybe tech fits in somewhere in the middle tier of the SEC. hard to say though since they couldn't even compete with the teams that are the elite of their conference. it's one thing to be close towards the 4th quarter. another to see the other team playing its 2nd unit by that time.
