I was red-zoning. This game was the only thing on, prime-time, and it seemed like it went into story-book mode. Brees gets the record, camera pans to Payton every 5 min. I'm not one of those incessant homers. If you want to be an eternal optimist, that's your choice. But I can sleep better at night.
