You'll notice it was followed by a question mark, so likely he was asking in his way. If we (the Spurs team and their fans) have obtained a playlist of good new music to be played pregame?

Ah I see. Well, the pregame music has been shitty for years. It better be either symphonic metal, power metal, or uptempo EDM (the most epic genres in existence).
