sons the Twin Towers of New Orleans looked damn good tonight ...

Anthony Davis: 22 and 9, 1 block

Robin Lopez: 18 and 13, 3 blocks, 2 steals

and with Jason Smith also in the mix, the Hornets are going to have a damn strong frontcourt

oh and sons in other news ... Eric "The Wimp" Gordon won't even be practicing with the team until next week due to a sore right knee and a sore butt-pussy.

Ryan Anderson also went 5-8 from 3. :wow

Backcourt isn't horrible either, if only Vasquez could shoot better tbh

That's a good front court for sure but "twin towers"? You have to earn that 1. Anthony Davis has the potential to get there but Robin Lopez?:rolleyes

Why did they trade for Anderson? If he's not starting he's paid wayyyy to much.

son Anderson will be solid and will earn his money more so than Eric "The Wimp" Gordon will.

9 million for a floor-spreader/offensive rebounder who's average on man defense is pretty good. Certainly better than paying an injury-prone fellow 11 million :lol

lol Spur fan of all teams has absolutely no room to talk about pissing away money ...

- $14.1M for injury prone, 35 year old Manu who only played in 34 games last year

- $10M for 34 year old STEPHEN JACKSON LMAO

- $9.6M for 36 year old too tired Timmy

- $3.6M for Matt Bonner who isn't worth a pot to piss in (nor a window to throw it out of), could have probably got him for less than $15 an hour

Pissing away money?? Manu & SJAX are in the last year of their contract. A very healthy, productive, Tim Duncan just re-signed for half his salary. Oh and we also reached the conference finals last year...

Why did they trade for Anderson? If he's not starting he's paid wayyyy to much.

Eventually Davis will be the center long-term and Anderson will be the PF once Davis bulks up a bit more. Lopez's contract isn't guaranteed after this season. Anderson will see about 30 minutes a game and plus they will play all 3 together at times depending on certain matchups.

36 year old Kobe making 30 million :lol

but yeh dem spurs niggas fucked up on that rj contract but ended up flipping him for a much more serviceable player with some nuts in his pants and not in his mouth. and giving bonner any sort of contract is retarded

btw remember guys, shaq said that robin lopez is better than Dwight, so the twin towers comparison works tbh

bigs who can provide consistent fire behind the 3pt line are rare in the league and the spurs got one in the form of matt bonner for only 1/10 the price the mavs pay for dirk.

No, his ACTUAL quote said Robin. Someone corrected him and said "you mean Brook?" and he said something like "same difference, they're brothers" :lol

Take good care of Davis while he's over there, and don't lose another owner. I don't want to have to go through this "Basketball Reasons" shit again.

You didn't reach shit except to your living room and couch, and last time I checked the Spurs got curbstomped by the Thunder/refs.
