nope. I'm just going by what I read and heard on TV. You do know that the majority of cops lie in their reports to justify their behavior, so we may never know what really happened. Anyways, there are many ways to subdue and calm down a drunk person. Getting physical with a person(esp if its a male) while their intoxicated is always going to lead to an altercation. I resisted cause I felt like I was getting arrested unjustly. Like I said, the cop surprised me and I acted naturally as you do when your getting attacked. I had already made the decision that I was going to fight back and I had to carry on with it. The Jason Bourne in me didn't want to go in for stupid reasons.

My point is that the cop should of treated him like a suicidal person and called for more backup since he was behaving erratically and without a shirt.
