In that case GGW is not really the ones you should go after. Its the independent seller that you should persuit.

Although if they didn't card the chick or demanded to show prove of legality then they should be sue for all they have for being dumb fucks and not asking for a simple ID check.

it's real shame for a 14yr old girl to get stripped and taken photos of and it's her right to demand sort of a compensation, however, she's making the embarrassing story known to more people than it would ever reach if she hadn't sued the GGW. she must be either too stupid to not realize the simple fact, or intentionally be an attention whore tbh

You know, I could be wrong. I am not stating it as fact. It's a real slippery slope if you ask me, if any purchaser of a product must verify every aspect of it. I simply don't think the courts, in the end, will require such actions.

GGW could easily be charged with multiple counts of child porn.

That said, a 14 year old girl shouldn't be hanging out any place where guys are filming them take their tops off. She no doubt was drinking with a fake ID was being stupid. She and her family deserve what they got and shouldn't get a dime.
