decent takes, but knicks are worse this year than last year, can't see them making the ECF.

I can see the Nets doing it if D-Will steps up.

By the way, I saw D-Will in person last year when the nets played the clips, he's going to shine this year now his team isn't total garbage. he still looked red hot with that rubbish last season

I like Kidd on the Knicks in a leadership role, I believe he'll regulate Anthony/Stoudemire/JR, tbh..also, adding Kidd/Brewer/Camby is a defensive upgrade on a team that already had a quality D..it could go either way, obviously..

Brooklyn's frontcourt is ass IMO..they will score a lot, but they're going to get torched..

Indiana/New York/Brooklyn and possibly Philly are all neck/neck IMO..

I'm not really sure Dallas makes the play-offs the way we played during the pre-season. But if the team plays even up to 75% of it's potential,we're a 5 seed at least, and take a hot shit on Clippers.

unbiased realistic predictions imho. the only point where i might disagree is the bulls rank, they will make the playoffs at least. philly shed brand and lost iggy in the offseason which indicates they're gonna rebuild, and they're fucked if bynum goes down or acts as a wimp like eric gordon. don't think it's gonna be easy for them to clinch a playoff seed tbh even though the east will be rather weak in general

I can't buy the Spirits making the playoffs. First of all the Pelicans don't have a PG. Then, the Angels are heavily dependent on an injury prone expensive SG. Finally, the VooDoo don't have any proven wing players.

Rather him try to be a PG than a chucker. He can't shoot and not strong enough to finish at the basket consistently. He sucks.

It's likely I'm overrating unibrow... but I expect that 8th seed will be hard fought anyways by a few teams, including Dallas...

Tbh, we heard the same shit from Grizzlies fans last year (another starless team like the Nuggets) and then they proceeded to choke multiple times and embarrass themselves... :lol

We also heard the same shit from Nuggets fans in '06, and we all know how det one ended for Denver... :lol

Really depends on Gordon. If he's healthy, (big if, huge if), he makes the team so much better. They can around .500 with him, especially if unibrow is the real deal. But without Gordon, they may be worse than last season.

tbh, it's inline with the opinion I made known a while back. Like I said, it's really too early to make a call. I'll probably revisit this list by the ASG and it will likely look somewhat different.

If Dirk is healthy, the Mavs make the playoffs and are good for a first-round exit. If he returns to his 2011 form, they'll be one of the top five teams in the West and should be able to win a playoff series.

Malik Hairston

Mavs have too many question marks IMO..

Dirk is injured..OJ Mayo hasn't done much since displaying intriguing potential earlier in his career..Collison is still unproven as a starting PG..Beaubois hasn't lived up to the early hype..Chris Kaman sucks, tbh..

I like Brand, Marion, VC and Wright as role players, though..

Dallas needs a healthy Dirk, Mayo to live up to his potential and Collison to prove himself as a legit starter..

I'd rather tank for a top 3 pick and make one more run with a rested Dirk next year, tbh..

I think Dirk is going to miss the first 16 games. If they can get through that stretch at 7-9, I don't think they'll have any trouble making the playoffs. And if he's the same person he was two years ago, I think they're the fourth or fifth seed.
