Hi Spurs fans,

How are ya'll? I hope you guys are doing well and ready for the season like I am! I had a favor to ask anyone who would be up to it.

I live in NJ and as you guys know, Sandy is approaching us and there is a high chance I'll be without power for the entire week.

I was wondering -- since i won't be able to watch the Spurs games this week without power -- can someone tape the Hornets game and Thunder game for me and send it to me via DVD and mail?

I of course will pay and that price is open to discussion!

I would really appreciate it!

For whomever interested, you guys can email me at [email protected]!

Thanks so much! Go Spurs Go!

I'm in NJ too... just started raining :depressed

Here's an idea for the OP: You can purchase a one month subscription to the NBA League Pass broadband package for $27, and the games should be on their archive.

The storm is making landfall in NJ but the worst side of the storm for wind is the northeast side, they are predicting strong winds in CT, up to 70+ mph wind gusts. I expect many trees across power lines where I live.

Why are you guys going to lose power?

Trees falling down taking down power lines.

Thinking of everyone effected, we're hearing all about it here in Australia. Lets hope its more like the recent Tsunami...a bit of a non-event. Winds like that are hella scary no matter who you are.

Another option is seemingly NBA League Pass Mobile. Free preview until Nov 6. If electricity goes down, just hop into your car to keep the cell charged, tbh :lol

The storm is only 1000 miles long hovering over the eastern part of the country.

Hope all my fellow Spurs fans on the East Coast of the USA are/will be allright. Makes you realise basketball is just a game when a catasrophe like this is imminent and lives are on the line. So i hope everyone is allright and stay safe and when you make it through we can get back to cheering for our Spurs together. All the best guys.

I lost power for about a day, thank GOD it came back up fast. I was not in NJ or NY though, can only wonder how bad it was there.

I'll do it. Only if you aren't Indian though. I can't stand Indians.
