I see multiple reason why that is another bogus assessment. Definitely take hours to explain all, so I will not attempt. I will say some things though.

The cloud chamber was in contact with a ELF antenna at 100 watts. The only way it works with such a small antenna is because it is in direct contact. It isn't really an antenna. that is a lie. ELF requires an antenna multiple miles long. That's why HAARP stimulates ELF through amplitude modulation over a path in the atmosphere, and about 100 miles away and not by a tightly focused alignment of the array.
