whats up with this announcer, like Mike Fratello Jr.

tbh, league pass pisses me off. It should be Spurs announcers since its at SA, but it's Jazz announcers. They never show Spurs announcers @ another team. But like 20% of the Spurs games on league pass are the away announcers. I don't know why they do that.

Seriously wtf with Manu on the bench to close the game ? Is it for Green to grow a pair of balls

Manu was on a minute limit.

Duncan seriously needs some help. Splitter needs to grow a pair.

Ice009
11-03-2012, 09:48 PM
This team needs to learn how to fucking dunk the ball instead of laying it up like faggots.

Oh well, most people didn't want Curry. Bonner and Splitter both suck. I'd like to trade both of them. If the Cavs want to give us AV for him, I'd do that trade immediately, but Cleveland probably isn't interested.

Splitter has been disappointing and it looks like people around the NBA think so too. Here is a report on him from an NBA scout.

http://blog.mysanantonio.com/spursnation/2012/10/27/scouting-the-spurs-6/

Tiago Splitter – Expectations were higher when he came than he’s been able to live up to. A solid NBA player who is exactly what he’s meant to be: a backup who can play some solid minutes. Not always productive; just a rebounder whose game hasn’t translated to NBA well. Not a shot blocker but loves to bang in the post.

Bench was still concerning with the lack of toughness and Splitter's soft finishing. But the work of the starting 5 was really good.

Tiago's disappointed me so far because i had such high hopes for him. But it's early in season and he's still one of the best backup bigs in the league.

Hopefully manu's return gets him going.

Guys, can someone explain this to me?
Patty Mills and Dejuan Blair have 2 mediocre games and are benched. Matt Bonner plays bad, doesn't contributed anything when he plays and is still getting a huge amount of minutes (10-15 per game).
How is this fair?

The pass to Tiago showed pretty good vision on De Colo's part. Apart from that he missed his only 3 point shot attempt in the game. His overall 16.7 3P% throughout the preseason should be cause for some concern, though. There's almost an unwritten rule that if you're a San Antonio guard in the modern day, you need to be at least passable in shooting the 3 (around 30%+).

Whatever you're smoking, stop it. It was his first fucking game of the season. Give him a break. Manu's gonna keep being the same Manu we all know and love by December. Crazy talk, man.

Man, brings back good memories of all those poor starts that finished in championship seasons. Honestly though, it's crazy that the Spurs never started 3-0, with all of the winning seasons we've had. :wow

The Spurs started 3-0 a few times (hence the "equals") but never 4-0. So we have to wait for tonight to know if this season has the best start ever for the Spurs.
