Son, we don't have a $100,000,000 roster. Basically, selling 20 hotdogs and sodas we have Danny Green's salary all covered, tbh.

I mean sons even a THIRD RATE NBA fan base in New Orleans isn't that bad. Its going to cost you AT LEAST $3.00 to see the Bobcats! I mean even for a THIRD RATE NBA FAN BASE! ... the Spurs are supposed to be a "great" fan base! ....

Damn, up here in Dallas it's impossible to get tix at the box office unless it before the season starts because they're all sold out.

And the cheapest nosebleeds for Dallas games are right around 30$

Lincoln

Although I'm looking online right now and I'm seeing tix for like 1$...they haven't been this cheap in years. Must be because dirk is out

It's like $1 for tickets, $30 - $40 for beer and food and $30 dollars for parking. So as the saying goes in that Clint Eastwood movie, "Every Which But Lose" you'll not spend less than $100. However that's still a fraction of what Laker fans spend on just tickets. :lol

Those are nosebleeds bro. On stubhub they come out to like $15, on Ticketmaster and the box office probably around $20+. Still cheaper than the Dallas ones but not nearly as bad as BR makes it seem.

Beers are $8.00 for 24 oz and sodas like $7.00. :lol

typical spur fan can't go see a basketball game without consuming 40 dollars in beer and food. if you're that cheap then eat before you go and get out there and support your team stop making excuses.

I live in Cali and the closest (and affordable) i got to see them Spurs was in Phoenix and i had shell out $90 just for the ticket. I wish i lived in SA though. I didn't realize the tickets were so damn cheap until BR brought it up last season.

son it really is unbelievable just how low the demand is for Spurs games in San Antonio. I mean freaking playoff tickets start around $2.00.

the fans are loyal enough to this team that they actually pay for wasting 2-3 hours something watching a boring game tbh. if you aren't a spur fan you wouldn't want to see any spurs games even if they pay you to attend the games and root for the team of TOSBs tbh

Looking at the ticket prices, i think NOLA is far better than San Antonio. You have the most winingest sports franchise over the past 15 years in town and the organization has to offer 50 cents tickets to find buyers. Now that's just embarrassing in my book.

son thank you for taking your homer glasses off and dropping an honest to God TRUTH BOMB. It truly is unbelievable just how low the demand is for Spurs games in San Antonio considering the success that team has had in the past. do people just flat out not care about them? or are San Antonio people truly that damn cheap? (or both)

I mean not even the Charlotte Bobcats have that low of a demand.

Son tbh Mark Cuban did this in the early 2000's (and he may still be doing it). He would give away thousands of free tickets just to keep the stadium full. I remember him doing this even in the 2006 regular season when they were a 60 win team.

Honest to god, he'll bolt once Dirk retires.

son if I was "trolling" then I would have been done on this message board a long time ago AND I would be posting nonsense without any factual information to back it up. I just posted the facts with links regarding the extremely low demand for Spurs games in San Antonio. It honestly blows my mind just how low the demand for tickets are over there and its obvious that the Spurs organization and local businesses buy out blocks of tickets to help keep their attendance numbers up, only to try and sell them off for next to nothing (with obvious little success in doing so). I mean at first I thought this was just a joke when I saw $2.00 playoff tickets last season, but now that there are THOUSANDS of tickets available for anywhere from .5 cents to .99 cents ... you can't just turn the other cheek to that.

Spoiled fans, tbh... they already know the team is winning 7 out of 10 games... there's also two other factors in play:

1) You can drive to Mexico and buy cheap ass spanking new 60" HDTVs which give you a much better view than those nosebleed tix
2) The AT&T center still doesn't sell tacos with salsa

Son you don't get HDTVs any cheaper than in America (except maybe Malaysia or Thailand where all the Sonys and Samsungs are manufactured). Mexicans can probably educate us on this.
