So if Mitt gets elected and repeals said act, which hasn't been fully enacted. What does that mean to the people who have seen their insurance rates rise and thus paid more in response to said act, but now was never enacted.

No idea. First of all, unless republicans magically get 60% in the senate, it will remain law. Now should the law somehow be repealed, I'll bet we see a sharp increase in employment numbers.

People just need to man up and learn how to fix themselves. There's tons of good info on the internet on how to cure just about whatever you've got. Also, fixing broken bones and shit is basically just knowing what goes where and simple anatomy. It's all on the web. Also, quit smoking, drinking, and eating fast foot.
