I hope so. I wrote in Ron Paul. I was going to vote for Romney, but what the RNC did made me change my mind.

what they should regret more is that a bunch of clown car egotists with no chance whatsoever of beating Obama didn't know when to step aside. the overlong GOP primary sapped the Romney campaign of focus and much needed funds.

inexplicably, given the debt ceiling debacle of 2011, it was Obama who went massively negative on TV first, putting Romney in a hole he never quite crawled out of.

had Romney sewn up the nomination a bit earlier, he'd have had a hand free (and a little more money) to parry the Bain attacks emanating from the Obama campaign

"GOP primary sapped the Romney campaign of focus and much needed funds"

Bishop Gecko was focused on the extreme right in primary, and he and his SuperPACs/Social Welfare scam orgs had plenty of $Bs.

Repug base is uneducated white dudes, all ages. They aren't smart enough to realize Bishop Gecko insulted even their limited intelligence.

He was least clownish in crowd of primary clowns. But was shown to be an empty, lying fool as the candidate.

Tbh their mistake was running two Mormons in the primary making it impossible for the better Mormon to win. Huntsman would have slaughtered Obama if he won the primary.

It doesn't matter what mistakes were made outside of the media pimps and buyers. There are many of us who wanted to see the convention play out by the rules in place. I really think it would have been a different result had the RNC had not changed the rules, and allowed for the process in place to play out. In the end, Romney would have still likely had the nomination, but also likely the support of Paul supporters.

i was kind of afraid that this would happen whenever they screwed ron over tbh and it would get obama reelected, i preferred romney to obama but i was a hardcore ron paul supporter up until they gave him the shaft. he took it with a smile and sacrificed for his sons career, not sure how i feel about that. i just hope that rand isn't some big mainstream republican now and can stay true to his libertarian roots and start a movement.

Laugh all you want, but you are very ignorant to the fact that there is a huge grassroots movement taking place. One day you will realize how ignorant you were of the Ron Paul revolution.

No one would know who Rand Paul is if not for Ron. He's a complete loser who's done nothing but coattail his dad's career, so you shouldn't feel much about it at all.

He also has practically turned tricks for the GOP establishment since getting elected, so he's not worth building a movement around... Justin Amash is better, tbh...

The Romney people, easily. The Ron Paul people are just laughing at the guy who treated their candidate like dirt, the Romney people have made it clear they don't want an America where minorities have any significance. It's basically the return of the confederacy.

Really? So people like Martin Luther King, Lewis Latimer, George Washington Carver, Jan Ernst Matzelinger, Patricia E. Bath, etc. should never have had any significance?

You say that as if removing the significance of minorities would automatically be beneficial for all whites. It wouldn't. The definition of "minority" would just expand to include more and more groups of people.

You're complaining about something that is imaginary, and wouldn't even be a bad thing for you if it were true. Tbh, how are minorities being suppressed? Be specific.

Every minority I know has all the same stuff we have, food and water, 3 meals a day, access to education, voting rights, pretty much everything that I have or more in some cases, even illegals.

They fortunately aren't since Obama won. You want them to be.

And I care about more than my personal best interests. If I didn't then I'd be a Republican.

As long as you aren't running around pretending to care about others then I guess it looks like we're pretty much in agreement here. Minorities have equal rights per your admission post #39, I don't really think they should and you could care less other than the political pissing match. These are the things we have learned.
