Seriously, At least Yoni is smart enough to stay away for a few months:lol

Yoni seemed to disappear once he was directed to the 538 blog (by MIG if I remember correctly). Darrin was denying that reality till the bitter end.

Stanford undergrads predict 303 electoral votes for Obama -- they were right.

Maybe they all have a future blogging for the NYT

No, they weren't. Obama is going to have 332 votes once Florida is given to him.

Silver said Florida was a complete toss up with a very slight edge for Obama. He couldn't have called the state any better.

Darrin's post full of butthurt in this thread should lock it up for him, IMO.

Anyone who voted for or supported Obama should be embarrassed. God bless

None of you unknowns have any reason to be embarrassed. You've routinely showed that you're not that sharp, so what's a little reminder now and again?

Anyhow, to be embarrassed you must have something to lose, like pride.

We still have a ways before Texas turns blue again, barring a charismatic democratic candidate like Clinton, Bill, not Hillary

Damn, Harris county was a lot closer than I would have guessed. I expected a larger margin of victory for Obama there.

Texas is still getting bluer, though.

Imagine what would happen if a Castro-esque Hispanic candidate ran for president and energized the base. In a few years, I could see texas flipping under that scenario.

All states are getting bluer with time. Children are being indoctrinated by our government run schools that government is the answer. Liberals/democrats get the vote of the people who believe they are entitled, where as the independent/self sufficient voters are diminishing.

Well, that, or the voting pool is becoming increasingly diverse and non-white/non-straight/non-Christian/non-male voters have chosen not to appoint their own oppressors.

Yeah, I'm not seeing it in the next 2-3 election cycles...even if Castro ran at a national level, but Hispanics are turning important swing states such as Floria, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado....blue quicker than we may have ever guessed, so Texas may not be as far off as it seems by the 2012 vote...

Oh, Gee!!

Almost as embarrassing as this:

http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91934

Kinda hard to beat that gem.
To paraphrase:

"look how dumb Obama is, cause he said X"

"Um, you do realize that X is actually, if you understand the situation, a really good question, and by posting this you clearly demonstrate that you don't, right?"

"uh... you suck!"

Tin foil is part of his process for triangulating women so it does sound like him.
