only difference for us is free range turkey, organic/non-GMO/BT free corn, & other mostly organic fruit/veggies.

Only thing coming off our table this year is some of those "table knick-knacks" that take up room that could be used for some more giblet gravy and rolls.

I'm not cooking, my FIL gets the honors this year. Even before a recent diabeetus diagnosis he would always throw a weird ass mix of super healthy stuff straight from his garden with some insanely rich, super fattening stuff. No matter what else he serves I know he's got too much pride to serve a tofurkey.
