2) Draft an international player

except for TD, TP & Manu, we've had bad drafts. Scola still unproven until he lays his 1st game in the NBA.

Javotkas had potential until his accident & now his decision to stay overseas 1 more yr.

Those aren't bad drafts. You usually don't get anything with picks that late, much less starters. Much less stars.
