he raises great points and makes perfect sense, it'll never happen though under the current system but he's morally right

If he does not want financial responsibility for a kid, he should keep it in his pants.

and if she doesn't want to go through child birth and have the responsibility of raising a kid, she should keep her legs closed then right?

Or is it that only she gets an out but he doesn't?

Shouldn't you say "partial financial responsibility"? Are you letting the female off the financial hook?

Because guys have never just walked away from responsibility when they found out they might have knocked up some random hookup...girls can't just walk away so it should be their choice what happens to their body..and that's what 'financial abortion' abridges..the right for a women to decide what happens to her person-hood..

This isn't any easy argument. If you're with a girl for a night, wrap it up (should be pretty easy decision). If you're dating that girl, then you should discuss what would be her plan if she were to get pregnant, regardless if she's using birth control. I can imagine where in certain circumstances "financial abortion" would be fair, but we all know that people would abuse the option under the wrong circumstances.
