Their vet signings Kidd and Wallace were huge. Felton is back in 2010-11 mode as well.

Carmelo plays like shit and other people step up, a sign of a contender tbh

Chandler played poorly too. Knicks still won.

The team is pretty good.

Carmelo played well actually, just because he didn't put up buckets doesn't mean he didn't contribute. Funny how when he scores people say he's ballhogging and chucking and when he plays D and passes he plays like shit. Jackson covered him well, and Melo didn't force anything up, instead playing team ball.

As per par, Felton returning to his pre Portland ways, this man obviously needs motivation to play good ball and over at Oregan there was none.

This is going to be a great year for the Knicks.

Meh, they are good, but nothing special. No superstar will do them in.

Yeah we don't have a superstar that finds a way to get injured every other game.

More like Spurs getting exposed.

Knicks have been truely playing their best while Spurs are barely scraping by. Its no surprise they took an enbarrasing loss when facing a team that has been legit this year.

not impressed with the Knicks imo. I am impressed with how classy the Spurs were by giving those open 3 ball looks to Kidd. Also, Parker doing his best Chuckbrick impression was great too.

Once Amare is back, Knicks will go back to being a 1st-2nd round exit team

As I said before the season(IIRC the only non-Knick fan to believe), they will make the ECF and they'll be the only semi-challenge to Miami..

Heat won't have many problems with them though, tbh..Flash won't be coasting in the playoffs..

Even though its early, they look to be the biggest challenge right now to the Heat. Amare really won't make much of a difference for them against Miami. Heat will win in 4-5 unless Melo somehow goes bonkers. But they have the pieces to make it competitive with Chandler, JR, healthy Shumpert on defense (he sucks offensively). They're a very good team.

Knicks are my East team. Only guy I don't like is JR. Melo has cleaned up his act over the years and they have a lot of vets I like.

Spurs threw the game away tbh. Knicks will get a Top 4 seed in the East, win a series or two, but no way are they legit contenders. They dont pose a legit threat to the Heatles or even teams like the Spurs, Thunder, and Lakers.

_'Antonie ain't no longer their coach n they seem to have been playing with good chemistry recently, i'd say they've never been this close to a championship in the past 20 years like they are in this season. maybe ECF will be the ceiling to this team but that would still be a huge improvement over the marginal playoff team that they had always been in the past seasons tbh.
