well, he really needs to be shut down. playing him now is just asking for more turnovers, more L's, and a more severe injury.

i don't care if we get him back until February, he is 10x more of a liability than Bonner at this level.

I'm seriously worried. Those three pointers were just awful, even the one he made.

Ginobili is my all time favorite Spur, but right now he hurts the team when he's on the floor...Time to hang 'em up.

Ginobili has been AWFUL. It isn't fun to write this. He has been such a huge part of this team's success and for a long time was the X-Factor in this team going far in the playoffs. At this point he his nothing but a turnover machine. His bad back has nothing to do with him trying to whip ridiculous, no look passes behind his back or launching terrible shots. He's not playing smart basketball and looks like a street-baller trying to make over-the-top plays every time.

It used to be that this guy was clutch, tough and dependable. This year I cringe when I see him with the ball in his hands. I sincerely hope that Pop sits him for a while or has a "come to Pop" talk or just highlight his nonsense in the game film. Pop did everything but call him out in the post game interview. He said that toward the end of the game their was some bad turnovers and bad shot selections going on. Tony missed shots but they were good shots. Manu was careless.

:lol At all the TP vs. Manu posts. Can't we all just get along? :lol Anyway, BOTH of them were bad tonight. Tony was good for about 2 1/2 quarters, and Manu was good for about 1/2 a quarter...

Manu's main assets have been his physicality and competitive fire. I don't think he's capable of adjusting his game into a more cerebral dimension, and it shows. John Stockton or Larry Bird he ain't.
