Anyone watching it? It's directed by Ken Burns. Pretty interesting. I knew the Dust Bowl was bad but this documentary really shows you the sad and bad effects of these storms.

LOL...

I know.

The AGW alarmists don't realize how nasty nature can be. They want to blame man. Now the Dust Bowl was helped by plowing and harvesting so much area, but it was still nature that was the root cause. Not man.

Sort of the perfect storm (no pun intended...) with the terrible financial decisions of big business and a natural disaster that always equals a downturn economically for this country. It is a very interesting portion of the 20th century that, ironically, was buoyed by our entrance to WWII.
