Suppose he was the BIG12 player of the year and did show potential in the first 6 games he played for us before his rookie year injury. I remember we were pretty high on him when we drafted him. Let's see how he goes this time around.

Smart move bringing a player back who knows the system. Sadly James underwhelmed after his foot injury, but until Kawhi returns he might be able to give us some minutes ...

It was a very small sample, but I saw several of those games he played before the stress fracture injury and he was a confident player and seemed to be able to draw fouls and get to the free throw line. After the injury, he just wasn't the same player - he totally lost his confidence.

At least he knows his way around the team. JA never really lashed out at the Spurs when they did not renew his rookie deal. Maybe that is a reason he's back - he had the discipline not to rip the guys who believed in him initially.

The Spurs REALLY need to get a decent number of wins on this road trip. They can do it. It's very frustrating to see Monkeyball get the jump on them so far this year. I just can't fathom any team with Del Negro as its coach being really successful in the end. BTW, I've ready read from a columnist (Marc Spears) that all is not well in Clipper land. Some of the key players are chirping about playing time. Vinnie will likely get a knife in the back from that group if things don't go just right.

If he's in shape and not bothered by the foot injury he's a baller. Unfortunately I don't know if that'll ever be the case for him again.

It's a small sampling size, but I am beginning to deduce that timvp is not well liked by individuals with poor spelling and grammar skills.
