Here's an awesome pic of the Spurs from today's ESPN Power Rankings for us to save in our Spurs picture albums. Nice to have Pop at the fore front of it all.

I was thinking our photoshop savy friends could edit the text banner to say some cool things.

So, the Big Four it is now? Or does Captain Popsickle make it the Big Five?

CIA Pop is at it again trying to keep Danny's confidence sky-high. First, he rests him along with the Big Three and now this. :toast

Cool pic, it would have been better with Jack or Kawhi tho...

How about the Coyote instead? The other Spurs still need to earn their due as a member of the Big "#".

Pop has that McKayla Maroney "not impressed" look going on.

Good pic. Maybe adding Stern's face on that smashed board.

They should've added Bonner in there to make it a legit "Big 5", tbh...:lol

Danny Green: 'Ummm, you guys are sure you don't mind me in this picture?'

Everybody else: 'WTF is Danny Green doing in this picture'

Green is there because of "restgate".

Under any other circumstance it should be Kawhi instead of Danny. Love how pissed off Tim and Pop look!

I thinks the nba secretly likes this new bad boy image the spurs are putting out. Pop needs to be thrown from a game soon to keep us in the headlines.

I think SJax deserves to be included, or KL, not Green

Next week, if we're still number one, they should put up the Tim, Tony and Crawford double pic at the top of power rankings! :)

I liked the picture too, but then I like most of the team photo shots. Pop looks bad ass.

It's like, this is a great photo of the Spurs being stronger after Restgate, and all anyone can talk about is how Green sucks. He's the one who's been most affected by the injuries. Even if he didn't put up great numbers, without him being able to play so many minutes out of position, the Spurs would have struggled.

lol@ Danny Green being associated with the other 3. Best day of his life. . .even if it's a joke.

In all seriousness, it's Kawhi or Jackson' who's #4/5 respectively. Green's #6 at best. . .but even then he's competing with Splitter, Neal, and Diaw for that spot. It's cool how we have 9 pretty solid guys right now. So our 10th and 11th men are Blair and Mills. Not bad depth up in this piece right now.

I think the photo is indicative of who the main players involved in "Rest Gate". Still cool for Danny to be shown in good company.

I don't understand all the knocks Green gets from Spurs fans. He's underrated and under appreciated. Spurs are winning games because of him and he'll play a big part if this team goes all the way. Book it.

^ Exactly. It's not about him being in the Big Four. It's about him getting rested with the others. If people didn't think he was important enough to get the game off, they need to remember that other players besides the Big Three get games off from time to time as well, especially when they go through a stretch where they play a lot. Green led the Spurs in minutes during that trip, and he played almost all of them against the opposing teams' best wing players. He absolutely deserved the break as much as the Big Three did.

Was Green being rested and his injury related?
IOW, did a trainer see something in Orlando and then recommended rest?
I didn't see the Magic game. Did y'all see anything with Green?

The box looks like a coffin. Put Stern in it full length and add the caption "Rest in Angst"!
