Look at what Tiago Splitter did with free throws - amazing! THAT is the answer to the Hack-a-Howard dilemma. When he goes to the line, you can kind of see it in his attitude, the way he releases the ball, as if to say, "Look at my attitude, i don't care it's just a free throw" which means he's embarassed. Timmy's free throws have improved noticeably, as well.
Gary Neal's ballhandling skills have improved remarkably, he must have put a lot of hours in.
Our beloved Timmy really practiced on his outside shot, it shows.
So why does my man Danny Green have so much trouble handling the ball and finishing at the rim? Dude can jump out of the gym, but put a ball in his hands near the rim and he sdeems to discombobulate. I was hoping he would work on that, but maybe he's too tall? Having to dribble the ball really seems to mess with him mentally, vs, just a catch and shoot.
