Sources say the Grizzlies will be +1 in Hollinger's acquired for the season.

Still though, good move by Memphis. Hollinger is a smart guy and will value production over raw talent.

We'll see...not sure how this is going to work out. Hollinger had a looooooooot of flaws not only in his system but in his analysis of the data. We will see how much he really trusts what he does. Pretty big move though.

It depends on how much they use his metrics, though. Stats are not an answer, but they are useful and a good source of information. If they use them as a supplement to their team and the moves they can make, it could be a boon for the griz.
