Notre Dame? :lol ...they got a few NFL players on their defense... I'll give them that.. and Eifert is a decent TE... but how the fuck is their offense gonna move the ball on a Nick Saban defense with one month to prepare?

It just ain't gonna happen, we could be looking at another national championship shutout.

and while the front 7 is legit, they haven't seen a defensive line like this. Alabama also has one of the most underrated passing attacks in college football. This offense puts up points. I actually anticipate the proud stop unit of the Irish will get outclassed by the superior athletes of the South here. A balanced running/passing demolition of the Irish.

The defense certainly isn't as strong this year.. particularly the pass rush. but what Georgia/TAMU/LSU were able to do, Notre Dame will not. Those are simply more talented/better offensive teams.

Still if you ask me there are many teams better than Notre Dame... probably 4-5 in the SEC, along with Oregon and Stanford, possibly Kansas State, maybe Ohio State.

Tide rolls... 28-7

What's modern era then...Nebraska won 3 of 4 from 1994-1997 and Southern Cal was unstoppable 2003-2005.

That aside Bama needs to take them cats serious and make sure it doesn't end on espn classics.

ND is lucky to be in the championship game. Alabama is going to put a hurting on them.

Miami was a dynasty in the 80s and early 90s.

:lol Southern Cal won 1 actual national championship in that time period and it was revoked due to recruiting violations. They're not a dynasty by any stretch of the imagination.

I think Notre Dame has a great chance to win this game, tbh.

2001 Miami had more NFL-level talent, but the 1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers were the most dominant CFB team I've ever seen.

son I'll give it to you though, Bama is the longest bandwagon you have stayed on. usually you last about a year or two at most before jumping off.
