D'antoni thinks so.

Kobe Bryant is signed through the 13-14 NBA season and how long he continues his NBA career remains unclear.
The ability of Steve Nash to help run the offense may extend Bryant's career.
“I think he'll play another five (or) six years because of it,” said Mike D'Antoni.

Well f!@#. Now Bean will definitely pass KAJ.

He's gone after Nash's gone. Maybe to retirement, or to Europe.

Kobe will call it quits after 20 yrs....he will play that last farewell year after Nash....but this may all depend on what Vanessa does with his money....

Kobe is only tolerated because hes still good

NBA teams will treat him like AI, Mcgrady, TO, Chad Ochocinco once he becomes old.

Too bad those guys couldn't get away with German knee roids.

40,000 shots, baby.

All-time NBA Shots leader. What a distinction.

Bryant's greatest accomplishment will be not getting straggled by his teammates. Oh, wait...he doesn't have teammates...he just has guys wearing the same jersey who pass him the ball.

Does that mean that Nash needs to play 5 or 6 more seasons as well? Hey...Old is old and for as shifty and as sly as Nashty is...At the beginning of the 5th season, that would make him 43 years old. Yeah...he'll be getting his 3rd wind by then right?
:lol

nonsense, he's gonna hang 'em up after 13-14 or sign a one-year and go out with nash after the 14-15 season.

if he takes a paycut n accepts a reduced role on their squad then it wouldn't hurt this team to have such a veteran playing 25-30 minutes a game imho.

After his $90 million deal is up, he could still be worth $9-10 million minimum. That's not gonna be a bad deal for the Busses.

Kobe's already playing his MJ come back season's and he's dam good I might add....

Listen - Kobe shot the ball 41 times last Saturday night against Golden State, but for the year he is averaging 21.5. His career mark is 19.6.
We need to pick it up several notches and get to that sixth or fifth seed in order to have a legitimate shot. As we all know, teams that often win in the post season in every sport are the ones who get hot at the end of the regular campaign.

Remember 1994-95, the Rockets were the sixth seed and won the NBA title. :toast
