Pretty sure some of you are missing the point; this isn't about win shares.

Tony is the only player in NBA history (since modern stats have been recorded) to average 21+ points and 8+ assists with less than 2.5 turnovers.

Not to mention the 51% FG%, 41% 3PT%, and 83% FT%.

Probably no way he can keep this up, but he is having a sensational season so far, especially since he started slow for his current standards.

A quick example to show how useless win shares are as a stat, using 2 players drafted in the same year.

Total career win shares:
- Tony Parker: 85.6
- Richard Jefferson: 72.4
