6.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.7 assists. That's awesome coming from a combo guard off the bench.

He'd be a solid NBA player if he could make a shot. Unfortunately for him, his shooting numbers are horrific dating back to his freshman year in college ... outside of that short stint with the Spurs. His D and passing are NBA level. His shooting/scoring, though, is D-League level.

Not surprised he gets better shooting numbers in San Antonio, tbh

From what I remember, he gave the Spurs some quality minutes. His downfall came during the summer.

Sounds like De Colo tbh. Except for the defence part.

I remember being quite fond of Temple at the time. I wanted him to stick around, I wanted the Spurs to have any youth they could get then. It's been a little bit easier to see why we let him go as of this point, he does some things really well, but his shooting is just so poor. Which is odd, for some reason I thought he had a good stroke when he was a Spur.

Not sure where you're getting that. DeColo is shooting 47% overall, and 40% from 3. Temple's shooting 34% overall and 19% from 3. He couldn't hit water if he fell out of a fucking boat.

The eye test really. Perhaps the stats don't back it up because the majority of his scoring comes in garbage time? He may be better that Temple, but I don't think he's the jump shooter those stats suggest.

The numbers are the numbers. Not sure Temple is playing any more meaningful minutes than Nando is, being signed so late.
