Looks like a nice pickup to me although I'm a bit of a noob concerning international soccer. Can any Argentinians here give me the lowdown on this guy?

Surprising. He's a solid midfielder. Definitely no superstar, but at his age that's a great deal. I guess if he adapts they have the rights to buy him outright which is good.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, he's only 26 or 27 so he fits in well. He has a fair amount of experience playing in top level leagues. I've seen his highlights and I think he should be one of the better players in MLS.

He was really hyped here for some time but he's pretty much done now. Not to be an ass tlongII but every player that goes to the MLS is either past his prime or not very good to begin with.

He's 26 so I doubt that he's past his prime.

Hes a very good player. A really like him when he was playing for Lanus here in Argentina.
