I watched. I watch this show all the time. The imitation of Coach Popovich was one intended to be endearing and in good fun. Manu seemed to want to defend his coach but seemed to also be pulled by his deep understanding of the sense of humor of his paisanos.
This show worships great athletes. They paid appropriate homage to Manu that night (after the hour-long magician trick) and Manu seemed genuinely moved. Manu's wife was beautiful and seemed amused.
