Back to back double digit road wins. Even without Gordon tonight. Aminu was the star, but the front court played well.

8 points in 22 minutes on 3-6 shooting. Solid effort.

Yeah since Gordon came back. Roger Mason has been playing well off the bench. Since Gordon was resting tonight, Rivers got more minutes.

He's been struggling too this season.

guy should of stayed in college for a little longer tbh, i liked him at duke just thought he came in too early

Yeah I didn't like the pick. Felt he was too raw to be drafted 10th. He definitely needed more time in college. He won't get much minutes with Gordon playing. Probably should be a D-league candidate.

not much in the draft though, thats why i cant blame the FO for making that pick, draft was drier than the sahara.

Solid win for the Hornets. The C's looked old and slow and their FT shooting was horrible.

I may be opinionated but I admit when I am wrong. Aminu is much improved, I think the Olympic experience helped him immensely.

Celtics were on a 7 game win streak before tonight.

Pelicans are playing solid lately, I think they're a mediocre team, not the bad team their record would indicate.

I haven't watched the Hornets in a couple of weeks but Aminu's defense was atrocious early in the year.

Aminu has played well in about 6 games this season, and horrible in the other 30+ games.

A healthy Pelicans team would be on the same level as Portland, Utah, etc, tbh..their frontcourt is one of the best in the NBA, Vasquez is a solid starter(although he's a game manager) and Gordon is an all-star level guard..that's enough talent to make a run at 8th, if they were healthy..

Aminu is probably the Hornets best defender with his length, athleticism and rebounding.

His defense is strong, but he will never be more than average offensively since he can't shoot or dribble. But his defense is valuable.

I think Aminu is ok as a SF, but Davis definitely needs to bulk up. But he will.

hhmm, well somethin was causing them to struggle defending small forwards early in the season iirc. they were bottom of te league defensively for a while, but seem to be climbing out of the cellar.

they need to bring him down to the 4, and get a true center.. davis reminds me of a better lamar

It was his effort plus the team as a whole was bad defensively. They've been much better lately on that end of the floor.

Davis has been playing the 4 all year... Lopez has started at center all season.

i meant ditch lopez and get a real center.

Son General Greivis, Unibrow, and even Aminu are all key players... the problem was playing that chucker Rivers more than one should

I would say 7th at best. They're as good as Portland. They're a notch below Denver, unless of course you're including the Lakers up there when healthy.

Ya I'm including LA with a healthy Howard/Gasol..

As I said earlier, NO is just as good, or better, than Portland, Utah, Minnesota, etc..I don't believe they would be better than LA, Denver, GS..

Pelicans have a good young core (Davis, Gordon, Vasquez, Aminu) and can only get better if they continue to miss the playoffs and stockpile lottery picks.

Son the Hornets just swept right through all 3 Texas teams with ease especially the Spurs. They f***ed them in they ass and made them humble. You should be humble as well instead of being bitter about it.
