I think those listed in the top ten are too low for real life value. If the dysfunctional Kings just sold for $525 million (and the Los Angeles Dodgers sold for $2 billion in a sport with no cost control), I'd put the Spurs closer to $750 million and the Lakers and Knicks pretty damn close to $2 billion. The Lakers maybe even more; if the Busses put them up for sale, they'd get a ridiculous price. If Holt and Co. wanted to sell the Spurs, they'd get a lot of damn money considering the team's great reputation, sweetheart arena deal, strong roster, elite front office, etc.

The Knicks also have zero debt... definitely agree some of those teams are a bit undervalued.

Average team value increased 30% in 1 year. Try to find a broker who can do that. Scumbags.
