actually, that's close to my childhood barrio as well...off of zazamora and delgado...when i was a kid, me and my buddy had some radio control boats once, he had a submarine...we sailed them out there.....his sub went down once and never came back up....he went into that disease infested water and got it back, but he was sick for a couple days....:lol
