I haven't looked at the numbers, but it appears that Jackson has been effective in the post this season..

He has been mostly horrible on the perimeter..his shot is streaky, his ball handling is shaky and he doesn't have any athleticism at this point..however, his post game has looked nice and he appears to be taking advantage of his size against opposing 2s and 3s off the bench..

With Neal's ineffectiveness and sudden decline hurting the Spurs 2nd unit, should the Spurs implement more post offense from Jackson for bench offense?..

He's great in the post, he backs up smaller guys like he's on automatic.

the only time he doesnt score down low is when his either rushing it, or no bailout calls

If the Spurs are going to have a chance Jax is going to have to start hitting some outside shots or he needs to follow Blair out the door.

Yes, Jack has been awesome in the post. He's patient and makes great plays playing from the post. Once he starts backing down, he usually scores or gets fouled. He's also made some nice passes to the bigs by the rim or shooters outside when he's down there in the post..

Jackson is most effective being a TOSB on the bench
hes not a reg season player and he takes away Leonards minutes whom id rather have develop a post game
Leonard also had a nice hook vs Singler when he posted up and his midrange game is better
but of course Leonard 26 minutes
Jackson 22

and lol at jackson only having 1 turnover
he got stripped or lost the ball at least 3 times just trying to post up

I've liked what I've seen from him there... a breath of fresh air from RJ who was useless unless set up

Kawhi should get Neal minutes at SG tbh, Decolo/Kawhi/Jack/Bonner(Diaw)/Splitter(Baynes) wouldn't be a bad lineup

his post game is great tbh he is very aware of when he has a small on him and will most likely take advantage of the situation.

+1

Leonard is a 20 year old gazelle who could probably play 50 minutes a night without breaking a sweat yet Pop treats him like his minutes need to be rationed like he's one of the big 3.....its not only hurting the team but its retarding his development as a player... such buffoonery.

I don't get it either, he played the 2 last year and has developed his mid-range game since then. I'd like to see our rotation look something like this currently...

splitter 36 / baynes 12
diaw 24 / bonner 16 / jackson 8
kawhi 30 / jackson 18
green 28 / neal 10 / kawhi 10
parker 36 / decolo&mills 12

but i don't know shit haha.

Jackson in the post?? How about Jackson on the bench!!!! He cranked up 3 3 pt shots before deciding he remembered he has a broken finger.

Why do you always put a question mark followed by full stops?

Some of Captains minutes have been at the 4. He's played something like 250 minutes there which would break down to something like 5 minutes a game for him. Jackson needs to fix whatever is going on in the regular season. He needs every minute.
