Not necessarily a bad thing. Would it be so bad to if it had to be rescheduled for a time when TD and Manu are healthy or when the game wouldn't matter because the seeding was cemented?

Of course there's way too much time until tipoff so that won't happen.... but would've been nice...

Hope the Spurs travels to Brooklyn safely and smoothly, and the same to all people affected by the weather there.

Yeah, the Knicks and Clips are both flying in for a game Sunday at MSG.

Let's get this game rescheduled, avoiding the back-to-back :toast

I heard spending a night in Detroit is consistently hazardous to your health.

Fortunately it isn't Chicago.

Worst case scenario -- the NBA insists that the Spurs show up for the game by any means necessary, then cancels it, but keeps the "back to back" travel schedule to Chicago (which will also be a bitch to get to from snowed in NY).

A fifth anniversity tribute to that endless night on the tarmac in New Orleans. :toast

I expect the Spurs will travel to NY today or tonight, since NY didn't really get that much snow, and it's over.

A friend of mine that I work with has a husband from NY. He says that 6 inches basically shuts down the city. There were 8 inches in Central Park and I would imagine more on Long Island where the Spurs need to go.

NYC we on the way!

Occasionally it pays to keep the old man around. @Monroe_SA (https://twitter.com/Monroe_SA)'s advice to fly to BWI and take Amtrak to NYC was a savvy vet move.

I agree, and obviously it's going to be very tough getting in and out of there. Won't be surprised if the game is postponed.....

I was hoping the whole team to have a DNP and screw with Stern's head.

Watching the Spurs play Brooklyn is going to be the closest thing to watching a game n black and white that you'll get in the 21st century.

All you need is guys in short-shorts shooting set shots. And Cousy knifing to the hole . . .

Their uniforms are direct rip offs of old school Spurs unis with the San Antonio in an arc on the front. They just changed the city name.

I live less than 2 miles from the Brooklyn arena(Barclays Center) and it's absolutely fine here. I will be at the game which is sold out as most of the Nets games have been this year.

NYC wasn't hit too bad. My daughter lives in Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, and got only a few inches. A buddy in Belfast ME got hit really bad. He flies to Jamaica Monday and is wondering if the roads will be clear.

You live near Miss America, Windsor Terrace?

Ah, I'm in midtown Manhattan and we have about 11 inches but it's being cleaned up so fast that it won't make a difference tomorrow.

Soooo, what time can I expect some info on who'll be playing in the game?

For you guys who have been at the Barclays Center, any idea which tunnel the Spurs come in and out of (Section 3, 31, 16)? Blessing in disguise with the storm is how cheap some of the seats have gotten. And by that I mean how cheap they are in NY dollars.

Hope to see lots of the true, original black and silver at the game.

I'm in section 16 I hope its there. I chose there cause that's by their bench

I think it is section 16 too.

Does anyone know what time doors open? I can't tell if it is 8 or if that is the start time.

Have fun everyone!

I'll be in section 9 wearing a silver and black sweater like a dork.:-)

I think 60 minutes before tip-off unless you're in the courtside seats, which is 90 minutes. Game starts at 8pm, but given it's an ESPN game I wouldn't be surprised if it's delayed a few minutes.

I think the Spurs need a new plane if this one was the cause of the storm.
