On Saturday ESPN analyst Jalen Rose was in Bloomington for College GameDay, ahead of No. 3 Indiana beating No. 1 Michigan. On Sunday, he was in New Orleans for the network's Super Bowl festivities. In between he washed away his sorrows at watering hole Kilroy's Sports, as well as at some random dudes' house.

Rose's adventures were chronicled on Reddit by a handful of students who were there, but, perhaps wary of narcing him out so he never comes back, a user's account of Rose holding court was swiftly deleted. Lost Lettermen grabbed it in time:

Mitchell was then asked how Rose's story evolved from a bear hug into a tale of an all-out brawl. He was quick to question Rose's credibility.

"Consider the source. You know what blows my mind? And I don't attack people because I try to take the high road, but consider where it's coming from," Mitchell pointed out. "Where in this person's history are the things that he said true? You are talking about a person who played at a university whose record has been expunged. And for what? Lying and cheating. Right?

"You spent your entire career in the NBA making a lot of money, but you never quite lived up to your potential as a player," Mitchell said of Rose. "Now you're on TV and you get to say these things. First of all, we need to stop believing that everybody on TV is credible and (that) everybody you hear in the media is credible."

Great points ... not saying I believe JAlen for the record ... just saying the scenario (not that game) of MJ playing a game hungover is plausible. Obviously that particular game the facts dont line up. I think these type of stories is like gossip at any work place or even more so a locker-room. MJ probably platyed a game hung over but probably not THIS one. But when those lot of their time on their hands niccas get a hold of the story ...they fudge the details when re-telling it ...and obviously Jalen is nowhere near an investigative reporter.
