My Hero-thon medal is super cheap. I have it in the bottom on the bag I used to put my flip-flops in after the run. The RnR one wasn't that bad. But, it kind of depends on the race as to how nice they are. I like my bumper sticker. :)

Yes. I love the idea of helping charities, but justifying like $25-$60 a week to run and get a shirt is excessive.
