Beat me to it.

I still remember all those daggers he hit in game 6.

Welcome back, Fish.

He'll get bored after two games of looking old and haggard, and then he'll randomly "need to be with his daughter" again in order to weasel out of another contract, tbh...

Nah, he knows Kirby et al aren't contenders, so he latched on to OKC...

Hope your Clips deal with these folk, tbh...

ugh this thread has me remembering that shithole series last year. looked up box scores of the games. in game 5 Manu had a +/- of +13 in 38 minutes played... and we lost by 5. All that tells me is we got outscored by 18 points in the 10 minutes Manu wasn't on the floor smh

Hmm. Good insurance policy I guess. Jackson is looking really good right now, but after trading Maynor we don't have a 3rd PG and Jackson could begin defecating his pants once he gets into playoff situations.

On one hand ya'll are making too much of a big deal about this, he's old and he sucks. On the other hand, fuck. He's a Spurs killer.

was a pity mavs let him walk tbh. nigga was a good leader in the backcourt and would have helped mavs with the pursuit for a playoff seat. you just can't play fisher the same way you use collison or mike james imho

He's not the reason the Spurs lost in the WCF last year. Ibaka and Harden are.

Must have some available downtime from trying to take over the player's union.

Well, the Spurs advantage of Westbrook having a meltdown has been mitigated. Somewhat. Props to Presti for making a solid move. They needed locker room glue and leadership & they found it.

I groaned when I saw this. No bigger Spurs killer in the history of the NBA.

See...what had happen wuz...my daughter...psshhh...an den ...the airport...it wiz like....pffft...i mean...ya know...know what I'm sayin?

or

My family is everything. I try to stay as close to them as possible. This is why I went from LA to Utah back to LA, then went to OKC, then to Dallas and back to OKC. You know....because of family.

unfortunately, things like this make you wonder if that whole fiasco when he was in Utah about his daughter during the playoffs was even true. He may have exaggerated the situation just to help him get out of there.

Fisher cited the desire to spend time with his family as his reason for leaving Dallas in late December after starting nine games for the Mavs. However, the suspicion among his temporary Dallas teammates was that the five-time NBA champion would join a contender later this season.

"It wasn't a big surprise," one Mavs veteran said. "We expected him to end up with the Lakers or OKC."
Added another Dallas veteran, while rolling his eyes: "Good for him. Good for him."

Karma will catch up to this faggot and then proceed to rape his ass til he dies from internal bleeding and organ failure a la Mr. Hands.

Cuban shitting on Fraud Fisher.....

http://hangtime.blogs.nba.com/2013/02/26/sarcastic-cuban-fires-shots-at-fisher/

“Look, I understand, completely,” Cuban said Tuesday prior to the Mavs’ home game against Milwaukee. “From the time Derek was here to him signing with OKC, his kids are older, so they can deal with things better. So I understand him having more comfort in being away from them.”

:lmao
