Cutting down on useless threads

Instead of being part of the problem, I'm going to be part of the solution. Instead of just starting threads for everything in my head, I'm going to use a poll to help decide between topics and then only start a thread on whichever one gets the most votes. If there's a tie, then I'll start a thread for each.
