Immensely talented, but one of the things that is turning off GMs is his ego. He's sort of an anti-Kawhi. There's talk he could drop out of the lottery. He looked bad at the combine on the court.

I don't think I'd take him 28th if he was there.

He'll be taken earlier, but I don't think he's a great prospect. Combined 1.6 Assists-Steals-Blocks is bad.

The funny thing is, I think he has a place in the league. It probably just isn't what HE thinks it is. He's not going to be a star. He probably won't even be a secondary scorer. He doesn't have the elite NBA athleticism needed. What he does have is a tremendous wingspan, decent defensive fundamentals, and a good three pointer. He could be a "3 and D" guy for 10-12 years if he could ever wrap his head around the reality and embrace it. Otherwise, he's going to bust out.

Don't really watch college basketball, so finally watched some vids of him, his game reminds me a lot of Harden, which isn't a bad thing.

IDK, his game really wierd..From the footage I have seen he almost plays like an undersized pf.

If he dips close to the 20's the Spurs should be on the phone.

Well if that means he likes to post up, then I'm fine with that, having another SF that likes to post up doesn't hurt.

Seems to be the consensus that he will drop a lot.

Shabazz in the late teens/early 20's is the best value in this draft by far. Again, if he gets to that point I would hope the Spurs would be working the phones to move up.

He's free falling in the mocks but I wouldn't trade up for him, statistically he's one of the most inefficient player in the draft.

I'd take him if he's there. He has great potential. Kind of a weird story with this kid.

Ya, if he gets anywhere near 20 I could see RC hitting the lines pretty hard..Still cannot see him out of the lottery though

I am not a fan at all. I think he has a high bust factor. His upside to me is not that great (no way he's Harden) and he also just seems like he will not work. Not a fan at all. Sure, late 20's that's fine, but anyone taking him in the lottery is asking for big trouble.
