Those aren't charges much like signing an order and talking to a foreign ambassador are not charges.

If you want to say that he broke the law by initiating conflicts or willfully disregarding habeas crpus and due process then I agree with you but the GOP are completely down with the NSA stuff. They initiated much of it. Obama just carried that torch.

The Senate is not going to do shit.
