How do players with these kinds of injuries generally stay in shape?

It's basically impossible to stay in basketball shape without playing basketball.

LOL, "girlfriend?" I'm pretty sure he has many mistresses, if his marriage with Eva was any indication. He fucks everything that moves.

I'm just glad he has his gym at home because once he's cleared he'll put double the work in getting back into game shape, hopefully.

They can keep their wind. Since it's a weight bearing injury, TP will probably be in the pool a lot. The hydro therapy will keep the weight off the foot but offer resistance as he drags through the water.

For the basketball part, he can still dribble per se. His shot will need work for sure. But that's what Chip's here for.

He's probably "got it on" with every female in that picture, tbh.

That's what I would assume. Pool running progressing to Alter-G treadmill progressing to full weight-bearing running progressing to cutting and turning.

IMO it also takes some time for the players body to be officially out of shape. 4 weeks is probably testing the limits of this.
