:lol Stern couldn't have made any more obvious which team he wanted to win this game, and even with his blatant rigging, the suck-ass Lakers still couldn't win the game.

Yeah, I didn't see any moral victory. If any Laker fan calls this a moral victory, they are clinically retarded. Lakerground anyone?

^The count of fellows wanting me back was quite satisfying. I knew it would come to this when you all ran me off. I'm not going to hold a grudge. The list is a blank page. I was going to hold those accountable that lynched me, but, then reconsidered in the light of the same requesting that I return.

I'm not right often, but, I was right this time and I knew it.

Nope. Especially when it comes to predictions about Hedo Turkoglu and the Phoenix Suns.

Of course there was no moral victory last night for the Lakers. At this point in the season and where the Lakers are in the playoff landscape, it's either win or loss and wins are paramount. Teams can argue about moral victories earlier on in the season when they face huge adversity, like half their team is injured and not playing. Even with the Lakers injuries, that wasn't really a factor last night. They were healthy enough. Or a moral victory can come when you're facing a top team in the league and lose by 3 points or less by a fluke shot or by a questionable call. Not the case last night. There are no moral victories to be had for the Lakers. Not now. It's either win or lose. And they need every win.

However, it wasn't a terrible loss either. I don't think many people anticipated the Lakers to win last night at OKC. When people looked at the rest of the schedule, I'm sure even most Lakers fans chalked up an "L" for last night. The rest of the way, the Lakers need to win all the games against mediocre or bad teams, win most of the games against decent to good teams, and steal a couple games they probably aren't expected to win. Last night, they couldn't do that. They'll probably need to steal one or a couple against the Spurs or at Golden State or at Portland or against the Clippers, games they are expected and likely to lose. And they can't drop a game to one of the bad teams like Washington or New Orleans or Orlando.
