I don't partake in much of the Interactive/Media/Movie part, but next week I'll be enjoying as much music as possible, I took Thursday and Friday off to just roam aimlessly (sort of). My buddy introduced me to an app that you just put your email address into and it RSVP's you to almost all the parties you don't need a badge to get into. Free alcohol!

I usually go to the film festival only. Last year I saw a shorts collection and the premiere of Wolf which was made by some SA filmmaker friends of mine. This year I'll go Friday and/or Saturday. Not sure what I'm going to see yet.

Against my better judgement I was persuaded to go to Austin yesterday to visit a friend and it was eerily quiet. Probably the easiest, peasiest Sunday I've experienced there.

Totally surprised by the traffic this year, not nearly as insane as in the past. Last weekend was a breeze. Drove in late yesterday afternoon for Clapton and I was scared to be cutting it so close, as I had to drop off the person I drove with, pick up the person I was going to the show with at the airport, and still made it to Frank Erwin with 45 min to spare. Whatever Austin did to improve that situation was nice. But, getting back to SA this morning was the usual clusterfuck lol.
